Modeling, animation, special effects, character rigging, procedural texturing, compositing, and character animation Marshall, Annenberg, Cinematic Arts, Roski, & Architecture students, and many other disciplines that may utilize animation for visualization, demonstration or learning.
Minor Description
Make your vision a reality. Acquire the skills to create exciting, fully dimensional worlds and the characters that inhabit them! Merging the disciplines on Fine Art, Cinema and Information Technology, the fundamentals of 3D animation are at your disposal. Learn to create exciting 3D worlds and characters and build skills in lighting, color, composition, scripting, special effects, and project management. With these tools, you can embark on a career in 3D animation or use them in your work in another field. By the completion of the minor, you'll design and create a 3D project for your portfolio and future employers.
